Administrative Management

Category Management

Client can Input as many number of categories of their products. Client can edit, delete, and add any of the category details anytime. All of the above can be very simply done from the easy to use backend administrative system

Sub Category Management

Client can assign as many number of sub categories to a root category. Client can edit, delete, and add any of the sub category details anytime. All of the above can be very simply done from the easy to use backend administrative system

Product Display Management

Client can input as many number of products into a sub category. Client can also add all the product details such as Name, Description, Product Code, Image (Thumbnail and large), Size, Color, Description, Quantity Available. Client can edit, delete, and add any of the product details anytime. All of the above can be very simply done from the easy to use backend administrative system

User Management

Client can create any number of users to manage the administrative back end system if they do not wish to give their own username and password.

Product Input Management

Client can input products using spreadsheet. Its easy to use interface for inputting thousands of products. Client also can upload images in bulk rather than assigning one by one. This is ideal for the company who has thousands of products and deep hierarchy. User can input/change product dimensions using spreadsheet only. 

Promotions Management

Easy to use discount management, on sale configuration, new items configuration etc.

Supplier Management

User can add/edit supplier information. It will have state of the art information about particular supplier.

Customer Management

User can add/edit customer information. It will have state of the art information about particular customer.

Order Management

This section will allow user to have detailed views of order made so far. It will contain sales reports, order list and customized reports.

Content Management

User can change static pages such as contact us, about us, privacy policy etc. easily from the system itself. It will provide intuitive html editor will allow user to change without prior knowledge of html editing tool.

Shopping Cart

Shopping Cart will display the product name, price, size (if available), color (if available), quantity, Sub total (before Shipping and Taxes), Shipping cost, Sales tax and the Total Cost (including the shipping cost and sales tax). It will also give the customer a choice to remove any item if they want from the shopping cart with a recalculate button to calculate the cost again without having to go back to the shopping page.

Payment Gateway
Verisign/Paypal

Standard Verisign or Paypal payment gateway integration is included in the price. Any other payment gateway integration will be charged an additional fee of $300. Sign up for a payment gateway account at http://verisign.com/products-services/payment-processing/online-payment/payflow-link/Purchase/index.html. If they don’t have an Internet merchant account they can sign up when they register for the payment gateway. Please check the Internet Merchant Account check box on the verisign sign up form on the first page.

Order Processing

Once the order has been placed you will receive an email saying that you have received an order. It will display all the order details and then you can process the order. Please verify from the Internet Merchant Account company that the payment for that order has been received.
